Jay Harvey
After 12 years of sales in surgical devices, auto sutures, endoscopy and micro implants for companies including Stryker and Tyco, Jay could well be said to have a strong connection to patients.

Patience though? Well, he is working on developing greater inner peace – now! We guess impatience comes with being a tough competitor – Jay is both a competitive golfer and squash player and his prized possession is an autographed picture of Wayne Gretzky and Guy Lafleur from the 2003 Heritage Classic Hockey game in Edmonton, although his wife might argue that it’s actually his cell phone. Since you can’t reach Jay on his hockey photograph, why not give him a call on his phone and see how he can help you.

Kieran Longworth
Kieran is very thirsty. But what he seeks is not water (although he does love fishing). Kieran's thirst is for knowledge. Since graduating from the University of Saskatchewan, Kieran has supplemented his degree with numerous human resources, leadership development, strategic planning and management courses and seminars. With 17 years in the recruitment industry, Kieran has definitely learned a thing or two — mainly how to match candidates with companies and make a mean cup of coffee for those searches that go into the wee hours of the morning. Kieran is widely respected as one of the best in the business by clients and candidates for his high-quality approach, sense of immediacy and a focus that ensures a strong success rate.

Greg Fawcett
Greg joined our Calgary team in 2006. People there say he has a real "sparkplug" of a personality, and, in fact, we're not sure anyone there really knows what hit them. Before joining us, Greg enjoyed a successful nine-year career with a multinational supply organization, where he held progressively more responsible roles in sales, sales management and regional management all across Canada. With all of this experience behind him, Greg is well positioned to meet the recruitment needs of our industrial and business-to-business clients all over Southern Alberta.

Lindsay Callan
Lindsay Callan sometimes needs to sit still. And think. And just, frankly, be. But this can be difficult - whenever she sits down her new puppy tends to jump on her. It is hard to maintain any stillness and composure when you have a tongue in your nose. Beyond her work as a Recruitment Coordinator here at Lock and her puppy-related responsibilities, she has a busy social life full of many of the outdoor activities Calgary is known for: snowboarding, hiking, running and baseball and tennis. Mind you she is used to being busy – at one time she held down two jobs while attending school. She has a BA in Sociology from the University of Guelph and has experience as a Staffing Consultant, Assistant Finance Manager and many years as a Bar Manager, which comes in handy at the annual Christmas party – everyone is wary of the sawed off canoe paddle she keeps under the bar to maintain appropriate corporate decorum. Lindsay’s experience in dealing with different types of people makes her a great asset to the team. She is driven and results orientated and is eager to learn. She talks a great deal about the “Thrill of the Fill”. On that note, Philip Ducharme, a former mailroom employee, had to learn the hard way at the end of that canoe paddle at the Christmas party she was talking about her love for filling employment positions, not him. Poor Phil. Don’t really know whatever became of him.
