Glenn Lesko
If you look to the left of your screen you'll find the professional recruiter in his natural habitat. Shh... let's try not to disturb this rare creature. OK, so maybe he's not "rare" per se, but Glenn does have his unique expertise. Prior to joining Lock, Glenn, an avid hunter, enjoyed a long and successful career that included working for three international pharmaceutical companies. Since then he has become an expert recruiter not only for the pharmaceutical industry, but also for the consumer goods, beverage/alcohol, food service, communications and media sectors. Dedicated and proactive, Glenn builds long-term relationships with all his clients. And if you're really nice to him, he just might take you hunting.

Rob Schmidt
Here at Lock Search Group we generally like to give credit where credit is due - but Rob Schmidt prefers to repossess when credit is due; that comes from his long-ago stint in collections. The story about outrunning an angry welder wielding a 2x4 when Rob repossessed his truck gets better every time we hear it. Besides foot racing the recently dispossessed, Rob has had a variety of industry experience: Assistant Vice president of Homeworks Services Inc, responsible for business development and sales; Energy Marketer with EPCOR Merchant & Capital L.P., responsible for growth of an energy sales portfolio; Account Executive for Transalta Energy Marketing Corp, responsible for developing relationships with non-traditional high use energy businesses, Senior Credit Analyst/Area Sales Manager at John Deere Credit Inc; and Marketing Representative at General Motors Acceptance Corporation. His history of effectively hiring employees in operations, customer care, administration, finance, sales and management positions with very little turnover puts him in the driver's seat to assist in fulfilling his clients' recruitment needs.

Kim Weber
What makes Kim Weber the right person for her job as Office Coordinator at our Edmonton office? Her experience as a preschool teacher, she might say, showing her mischievous and witty side. But when our eyes well up with hurt tears, she quickly shows her sensitive and caring side by explaining she was only joking – it’s really her hyper-organized and particular nature coupled with her 10 years of Office Administration and Management experience. It’s hard to narrow down though what makes her so good at her job. Nothing seems to faze her - some wonder if it has to do with having survived the coldest Siberian winter in 50 years – although that might just go to being able to handle a typical February in Edmonton. She’s certainly tough – after that winter of braving outhouses in minus 50 degree weather she discovered why Russian novels are notoriously long – they often have to double as toilet paper! If you happen to chat with her she will happily explain to you why the Kindle will never take off in Siberia.
