Christopher Goodrick
They say Christopher Goodrick is good with his hands. Starting his career off as a tradesman probably didn't hurt. His entrepreneurial talent led him to establish his own construction company. Now, Christopher brings two decades of hands-on experience from the mechanical and industrial-technical sectors to Lock Search Group. Moving quickly from the industrial shop floor to outside sales to branch, regional and national sales management positions, Christopher knows what it takes to rise to the top. And when he isn't working relentlessly to find the perfect hire, he puts his hands to rest on the wheel of his motor home and hits the open road.

Kieran Longworth
Kieran is very thirsty. But what he seeks is not water (although he does love fishing). Kieran's thirst is for knowledge. Since graduating from the University of Saskatchewan, Kieran has supplemented his degree with numerous human resources, leadership development, strategic planning and management courses and seminars. With 12 years in the recruitment industry, Kieran has definitely learned a thing or two — mainly how to match candidates with companies and make a mean cup of coffee for those searches that go into the wee hours of the morning. Kieran is widely respected as one of the best in the business by clients and candidates for his high-quality approach, sense of immediacy and a focus that ensures a strong success rate.

Shaun Conroy
As a sign of Shaun Conroy's chronic need to sell things he's turned this bio into a classified ad. For Sale: One pair of pre-loved soccer boots, size 10. Recently discovered as not acceptable footwear by golf course groundskeepers. Have been worn for 25 years by successful salesman with store level and executive office relationships throughout the consumer goods & retail industry. Boots not only used on the soccer pitch over the years but have taken him all the way to the Presidential office of large third party merchandising firm. Golf clubs have increasingly come between them so that relationship is no longer viable. This, combined with recent move to new position where he has finally found people as strange as himself, means a full scale life change is in effect. Joanne Jones
An important member of the Lock administrative team, Joanne is a recent graduate of Queen's University who has recently worked in an entrepreneurial capacity to grow a successful business. As a Recruitment Coordinator for Lock, Joanne facilitates searches and placements, follows up on client requests and ensures that communication flows between all parties. (She also likes parties, dinner parties in particular, where you'll find her cooking up one of her famous seafood dishes.)

Gina Santa-Lucia
A native of Banff, Alberta, Gina has experience in sales, administration and management. This energetic dynamo assists with research, sales and business development. Her strong, positive nature and organizational skills combined with her vivacious personality make her an essential part of the Lock team. Word on the street is that she can also leap tall buildings in a single bound, but we have yet to substantiate that claim.
